Anti-Inflammatory Peptides
What the research says about peptides and inflammation
Peptides are short chains of amino acids. The ones most often sold for inflammation, like BPC-157 and TB-500, have almost no studies in people; their evidence comes from animal and lab research. The peptides with strong human evidence are prescription drugs. Each entry shows its regulatory status, how much research exists, what the research on inflammation found, and links to the studies. We don't list doses.
Important: This page is general information, not medical advice, and is not a recommendation to use
any peptide. Prescription drugs should only be used under a doctor's care. Products sold "for research use only" are
not approved for human use, and their purity and contents are not regulated. Several are banned in competitive sport.
Talk to a doctor before using any of these.
