LIMITED-TIME DEVICE OFFER
For a limited time, the COR One device and Sample Station are provided
free with an active COR Membership. The device remains the property of
COR Health Inc. and must be returned upon cancellation as described
below. This promotional offer may change for new subscribers without
notice. Customers who subscribed during the promotional period retain
the free-device terms for the duration of their continuous
subscription.
TEST ALLOWANCE
The COR Membership includes up to 5 inflammation tests per month per
device. The 5-test limit applies per device, not per user profile.
Family Mode allows multiple user profiles to share a single device,
subject to the same per-device test allowance.
DEVICE OWNERSHIP AND CANCELLATION
The COR One device is provided free as part of your active COR
Membership and remains COR Health Inc.'s property. You retain use of
the device for as long as your subscription is active.
You cancel your COR Membership by contacting support@corhealth.com for
a return authorization and shipping the COR One device back to us at
your own expense. Receipt of the device at our facility terminates your
subscription and stops all further charges. Billing continues on its
normal schedule until we receive the device — renewals that occur while
the device is in transit are not refundable. We do not provide a
prepaid return label, and we do not charge a device retention,
restocking, or cancellation fee. To stop charges promptly, ship the
device well before your next renewal date.
Already-paid billing cycles are not refundable. The device retention
period during transit is the customer's responsibility to manage.
PAYMENT METHODS
You authorize COR Health Inc. to retain and update your payment method
information for the purpose of recurring billing. If a payment fails,
we will retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days before pausing your
subscription.
PRICE CHANGES
We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice via email to active
subscribers. Price changes apply to your next billing cycle.
ACCEPTABLE USE
The COR One device is intended for personal use by adults. You agree
not to: resell or transfer the device to another party for commercial
use; attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with the device
hardware or software; or use the device for diagnostic decisions
without consulting a qualified healthcare provider.
NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL ADVICE
COR One provides information to help you track inflammation patterns.
It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always
consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice and before
making changes to your health regimen based on your COR readings.
DE-IDENTIFIED DATA
You acknowledge and agree that data generated through your use of the
Services — including ESR measurements, sedimentation image sequences,
lifestyle tags, notes, and other health and behavioral data — may be
de-identified by COR Health Inc. in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Once de-identified, such data no longer reasonably relates to you or
any identifiable individual.
You grant COR Health Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free,
sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative
works from, publish, distribute, and license de-identified data for
any lawful purpose, including internal research and product
development, publication of research findings, training of artificial
intelligence and machine learning systems, and licensing to qualified
research partners and third parties.
This license applies only to data that has been de-identified as
described in our Privacy Policy and does not extend to your name,
email address, payment information, account credentials, or any other
direct identifiers.
You may opt out of the inclusion of your de-identified data in external
research datasets and third-party data sharing at any time by emailing
privacy@corhealth.com or adjusting your preferences in your COR
account. Opting out takes effect prospectively and does not require
COR Health Inc. to recall data already contained in datasets
distributed before your request.
AGENTS
This section applies if you use, allow, enable, or cause the
deployment of an Agent to access, use, or interact with any of our
Services. "Agent" means any software or service that takes autonomous
or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, any
person or entity and that can be executed without direct supervision.
1. No Agent may access, use, or interact with our Services unless, at
all times, it identifies itself and operates in strict accordance with
the requirements below. No Agent may access, use, or interact with our
Services if we have requested that the Agent refrain from doing so.
2. We may limit, including by technical measures, whether and how any
Agent accesses, uses, and interacts with our Services.
3. Agents must:
(a) In all HTTP/HTTPS requests, identify that the request is from
an Agent and disclose the name of the Agent by including the
following in the request's user-agent string: "Agent/[agent name]".
(b) Not conceal or obfuscate that any access, use, or interactions
are from an Agent, including by (i) mimicking human behavior or
interaction patterns or (ii) completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs
or other measures intended to distinguish computer use from human
use.
(c) Respond truthfully to any question or prompt seeking to
determine whether interactions are coming from a human or a
computer.
(d) Not circumvent or otherwise avoid any measure intended to
block, limit, modify, or control whether and how Agents access,
use, or interact with our Services.
4. For commerce transactions, payment must always be authorized by the
buyer at the moment of payment. Agents may not complete a purchase
without contemporaneous buyer approval. For agent-driven shopping use
cases, we recommend integrating via the Shop skill at
https://shop.app/SKILL.md, which preserves buyer-approval invariants
on every payment.
5. We publish agent-facing documentation at /llms.txt, /agents.md, and
/.well-known/ucp. Compliance with the conventions described there
satisfies most of the access requirements above.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication with
our support team at support@corhealth.com. If unresolved, disputes
will be handled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American
Arbitration Association in Wyoming.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to
conflicts of law principles.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, COR Health Inc.'s total
liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our
products is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months
preceding the claim.
GRANDFATHERED PROVISIONS
Customers who joined under previous terms retain those terms for the
duration of their continuous subscription. Material changes will be
communicated by email with at least 30 days' notice.
