COR Health Return and Refund Policy

Already paid subscription fees are not refundable.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP

You cancel your COR Membership by contacting us at support@corhealth.com for a return authorization and with that, returning the COR One device to us.
You ship the device back at your own expense. Previously paid billing cycles and fees are not refundable.

WARRANTY AND DEVICE PERFORMANCE

Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects: if your device fails, email support@corhealth.com and we will replace it free of charge.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

If your kit arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email
support@corhealth.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will
replace the affected items free of charge.

GRANDFATHERED PROVISIONS

Customers who joined COR Health before 2026-05-29 retain the return and
refund terms that were in effect at the time of their purchase for the
duration of their continuous subscription.
