COR Health Shipping Policy

INITIAL DEVICE SHIPMENT
When you start a COR Membership, your COR One device, Sample Station,
USB-C cable, and first batch of test tubes ship within 3-5 business days.
You will receive tracking information by email.
ONGOING TEST TUBE SHIPMENTS
Tubes ship as needed based on your testing activity, up to your
membership's monthly test allowance. We monitor your usage and
automatically ship more tubes when you're running low.
US SHIPPING ONLY
COR Health currently ships only within the United States. International
availability is subject to local regulatory approval and will be announced
when available.
UNDELIVERED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your shipment has not arrived within 10 business days of the tracking
notification, contact support@corhealth.com and we will track or replace
it.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Update your shipping address from your account before your next shipment
is processed. Changes after a shipment has been picked cannot be
guaranteed for that shipment.
GRANDFATHERED PROVISIONS
Customers who joined under a previous shipping model continue on their
original shipping cadence unless they explicitly migrate to the current
membership terms.
